FreeParser provides an online service that uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), including large language models, to parse and extract key information from various document types, including invoices, receipts, resumes, CVs, and passports ("Documents"). The service supports various file formats and offers pre-defined document templates. Users may also provide custom prompts and define extraction fields.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: While FreeParser strives for accuracy, it does not guarantee the complete accuracy of extracted data. Users are responsible for verifying the extracted information.
  • Lawful Use: Users agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party.
  • Data Ownership: Users retain ownership of the Documents they upload. FreeParser does not claim ownership of user data.
  • Data Privacy: FreeParser will handle user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy . Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process the Documents.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to:
    • Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
    • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.
    • Use the Website for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from FreeParser.

  • Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Website by any third party.

7. Pricing and Payment

FreeParser is currently offered free of charge. FreeParser reserves the right to introduce fees for the service in the future with prior notice to users.

FreeParser may terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without cause, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United State.
